At Cornerstone we love to give our youth opportunites to grow by taking part in worship and our many other exciting ministries!
... Our youth love to get involved! From attending Wednesday nights youth group meetings, to singing with the praise team, to participating in a monthly craft group, the youth of Cornerstone are valued and active members of our church! In the past year the youth have helped with community outreach events such as Vacation Bible School, Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Festival, and Live Nativity; assisted in teaching Sunday School; and attended Warmth in Winter (a youth conference). |

Happening Now Joan of Arcadia study Joan is a typical teenager dealing with the angst of adolescence, high school, and, oh yeah, God dropping in from time to time with some "extra credit assignments." Tackle the big questions of life, faith, and high school with Joan and your friends at Cornerstone. The Youth Group meets Wednesdays at 7:00pm Each week that the youth group meets, we gather and begin our time together in worship as we sing songs of praise. We view a new episode of Joan of Arcadia, and discuss the issues involved in the show. Then, as time permits, we spend some time in studying the scriptures. ... We strive to reach each youth right where they are, and give them opportunities to explore and grow in their faith. ... |
